Our 130 sq.m apartment is situated in a very privileged location. At just a few steps from the famous Ramblas, Columbus, Maremagnum and the Harbour, you will have the best of Barcelona downstairs.

There's a balcony view at the yacht harbour and you are in the middle of the old city with the Ramblas at 200 meters, (first place where any new Barcelona visitor will go)

One of Europe's most famous Fresh markets (Boqueria) at 300 meters and Barcelona's Shopping centre at 500 meters.

Our street is situated just behind the first big building of the Ramblas and therefore day and night little noisy.

Notes on prices

Prices are for the property per night in euros. Prices are irrespective of number of persons (max 7). Special events and periods are:

Christmas (22 December - 1 January).
Bread and Butter (16 -18 January).
3GSM (9 -14 February).
Easter (20 - 24 March).
Sonar (18 -22 June).

Ask for special offers for long stays (more than 14 days).

Notes on accommodation
Our apartment is at the so called Principal (floor). This means that there is first floor (Entresol = inbetween low floor) and upon there's the Principal, normally the home of the owners of the building, with high sealings. Upon ours is the so called first floor.
So, 2 stairs but No lift. After Easter there will be air conditioning installed.

Ask for any service you need and we will help you. Pets are not accepted.

Coast/Beach
Barcelona Beach and Olympic Harbour just 15 minutes walk or 3 stops with Bus 64 (in front of the apartment).

Travel
20 minute taxi ride to airport. Apatment located directly in front of bus, taxi and metro stops. Absolutely no need to rent a car!

Booking notes
25% of the rent should be paid in advance using a bank transfer to confirm reservation. The remaining part should be paid 4 weeks before check-in date.

At the arrival-day a 300 euro security deposit should be paid cash. This deposit will be returned the day you leave, once inventory is done and no damage is ascertained.
